SEASON ONE RECIPES BASIC PIZZA DOUGH for both BBQ Pizza Ep. 3 and All in One Sandwich Ep. 4 (From "The Weekend Guy Survival Guide" Key Porter Books. Click here for more info.) 3 cups of all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water 1 tsp. sugar 1 pkg. yeast or tablespoon pinch of salt olive oil Begin by putting 3/4 cups of lukewarm water into a bowl and into it dissolve sugar then add yeast. Set aside until foams up. (About 5 minutes) Then put flour in large bowl. Add yeast mixture, salt and about a tablespoon of olive oil into bowl. Stir and slowly add remaining water and knead until smooth. (Add more flour if too sticky.) Form into a ball. Rub a dab of oil on the sides of a large bowl. Place dough ball in centre. Cover with cloth. Place into a warm area and let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. DILL PICKLE Ep. 4 "In a Pickle" 4 lb small ( or large cucumbers) 8 cups of water 4 cups of vinegar 5/8 coarse pickling salt Add to jars garlic and fresh dill Make sure cucumbers are fresh and washed. After filling jars with cucumbers, seal , put in boiling hot water bath, and cook for 3 min only. PICKLED EGGS 1 qt cucumbers peeled and seeded, Put all through chopper. Place in a bowl. Cover with a plate and heavey weight. Sprinkle
coarse salt and pepper DAY 2.... Place relish in large pot Add 1 qt white vinegar Boil until tender, add 1/2 cup of flower. Mix with water to a
